Our Approach to Learning & Development

Team Intervention

Our approach is to improve team dynamics and processes by providing a tailored, end-to-end consultative approach, from diagnosis, design, delivery, and evaluation. Think of it as going on a journey of growth and working on each stage of team development. These are hands-on interactive sessions typically focused on team bonding, while resolving common obstacles that each team is facing. From frontline factory employees to C-Suite executives, Raffi partners closely to meet the specific needs of his audience.

Capability Building

Strategic implementation of courses tailored to fit organizational culture and strategic goals. This includes robust change management and communication plans for effective roll out and execution. Facilitate courses on a variety of leadership topics and/or soft skills. Raffi has tremendous comfort in “pivoting” with an audience and course content to ensure their learning needs are met. This is done through capturing expectations at the beginning, and also “pulse checking” with participants on their experience throughout the course.

Coaching

Custom-designed programs for seasoned executives or emerging leaders focused on identifying blind spots, but more importantly, discover hidden talents. This program takes on a pragmatic approach with a roadmap in developing management and leadership skills.

Our coaching practice enables you to discover blind spots, but more importantly, discover hidden talents. In essence, coaching is “a scientifically-rooted approach to helping clients increase well-being, enhance and apply strengths, improve performance and achieve valued goals” (Kauffman, Boniwell & Silberman, 2009). These tailored programs include:

  • Executive Coaching: Partner with seasoned executives to enhance self-awareness, sharpen strategic thinking skills, gain presence, and or improve performance of their teams.
  • Emerging Leaders: Partner with leaders to build awareness on their strengths and developmental areas to prepare a pipeline of talent for the future.
